In a bid to elevate living conditions and foster community development in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has officially opened the Al Samha Housing Project. The ambitious residential initiative, valued at Dh738 million, is part of a broader effort to support growth and modern living standards in the region.
Spanning 50 hectares, the development comprises 242 villas and is equipped with various community-focused amenities. Among these are 33 public parks and green spaces, a mosque that can accommodate 644 worshippers, two commercial centers with 38 retail outlets, and a 3-kilometer cycling track. These facilities aim to create a comprehensive living environment that caters to the needs of its residents.
The initiative underscores the UAE’s dedication to establishing integrated residential communities that enhance family stability and modern lifestyles. Officials have emphasized that projects like Al Samha are critical in promoting a higher quality of life for citizens, aligning with national goals for sustainable urban development.
