In a significant humanitarian gesture, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, has decreed the release of 836 prisoners from Dubai’s correctional and punitive facilities.
